Sean D. Koger, BSN, RN, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Wills Eye Hospital since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Vice President of Surgical Services at Cooper University Health Care from November 2019 to June 2023, and Senior Nurse Manager of the Operating Room at Temple University Health System from February 2016 to December 2019. Earlier positions include Interim OR Nurse Manager and OR Service Line Coordinator at Temple University Hospital, and OR Charge Nurse/ OR Scheduler at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Additionally, Sean held the role of Clinical Education Consultant at inVentiv Health and gained foundational nursing skills as a Graduate Nurse and Staff Nurse at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Sean holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Temple University.
