Paula McCallum is an experienced Account Manager at Willwork Global Event Services since March 2015. Previously, Paula served as Operations Manager and Graphic Designer at the New England Newspaper & Press Association, where responsibilities included managing the production process and creating communications for members. Additionally, Paula held a similar role at Urban & Associates for over two decades, overseeing operations and supervising staff. Educational achievements include a Design Certificate in Graphic Arts from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design and a BFA in Fine Arts from Emmanuel College. Paula also studied at the American Institute of Foreign Study.
