Nicholas Oconnor is an experienced professional in food program management, currently serving as Category Manager at Willy Street Co-op since May 2014, overseeing the prepared foods program, which includes a made-from-scratch bakery, hot bar, deli, and juice offerings across three retail locations and one off-site commissary.
