Charles Loo Cheau Leong

Mr. Charles Loo Cheau Leong, 46, was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in June 2020. He is responsible for group accounts, tax, finance, treasury, and risk management functions of the Wilmar group of companies. Charles joined the group in 2010 as senior finance manager and was appointed Deputy CFO in January 2020. His past positions include Group Financial Controller at Allied Technologies Limited, Assistant Financial Controller at Nippecraft Limited, and Senior Manager (Assurance) at Ernst and Young. Charles graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy with Second-Class Honours. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
