Kishore Mahbubani

Mr. Kishore Mahbubani, 72, is a Director of another listed company, namely Zurich Insurance Group Ltd. He is also a Director of Zurich Insurance Company Ltd and Chairman of Aggregate Asset Management. Mr. Mahbubani has a long and distinguished career in diplomacy and academia. He is a Distinguished Fellow at the Asia Research Institute, National University of Singapore, and completed the Post Graduate Fellowship Programme in International Affairs at Harvard University, USA. Mr. Mahbubani holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy (First Class Honours) from the then the University of Singapore and a Master of Arts degree in Political Philosophy & Honorary Doctorate from Dalhousie University, Canada. Mr. Mahbubani was appointed to the Wilmar Board on 1 January 2016 and was last re-elected on 24 April 2019. He has served as a Director for 5 years and 2 months.
