Lim Siong Guan

Mr. Lim Siong Guan, 73, is the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee, and Remuneration Committee. He is a Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, and the Chairman of Swiss Re Asia Ltd and Honour (Singapore) Ltd. Mr. Lim has extensive experience in investment and public policies. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (First Class Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Adelaide, Australia, and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. Mr. Lim was appointed to the Wilmar Board on 1 January 2018 and was last re-elected on 25 April 2018. He has served as a Director for 3 years and 2 months.
