Raymond Guy Young

Mr. Raymond Guy Young, 59, is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Archer Daniels Midland Company (“ADM”), and a member of ADM’s Executive Council. Mr. Young is a Director of another listed company, namely International Paper Company. He is a Director of the American Cancer Society Illinois Division and a member of the CFO Advisory Board of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Mr. Young holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago, USA. He was appointed to the Wilmar Board on 28 December 2018 and was last re-elected on 24 April 2019. He has served as a Director for 2 years and 2 months.
