Haichen Zhang

Haichen Zhang currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman at Wilmar International since September 2023. Previously, Haichen held the position of Chairman at 乐百氏(广东)饮用水有限公司 from January 2022 to October 2023 and served on the Board of Directors for 安吉尔净饮水 and as COO & Executive Board Member at Winholding from October 2020 to October 2023. Earlier experience includes Managing Director at L Catterton from August 2018 to 2020 and various roles at McKinsey & Company from June 2011 to August 2018, culminating in the title of Associate Principal. A brief tenure as a Legal Consultant at The World Bank occurred in 2009-2010. Haichen holds a Ph.D. and an L.L.M. in Law from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Master's degree in Law from Shanghai Tongji University.
