Frank Gorman

Frank Gorman currently serves as a Partner at WilmerHale since January 2022. Gorman has an extensive background with the Federal Trade Commission, where tenure spans from February 1998 to the present, holding significant roles such as Acting Deputy Director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection (BCP), Chief of Staff of BCP, and Assistant Director of Enforcement. Additionally, Gorman's prior experience includes being an attorney at Bryan Cave from 2003 to 2005, following various positions at the FTC, including roles as staff attorney, counsel to the director, assistant director for regional operations, and chief of the criminal liaison unit. Gorman holds degrees from the University of Connecticut and the University of Connecticut School of Law.
