Franz Schwarz

Franz Schwarz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international arbitration, currently serving as the Global Vice-Chair of the International Arbitration Group and Partner at WilmerHale since September 1999. In addition to this role, Franz Schwarz has been the Vice President of the Vienna International Arbitral Centre of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (VIAC) since January 2018. Educational qualifications include an LLM in Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) obtained between 1998 and 1999, and a Magister iuris in Law from the University of Vienna, completed in 1995. Early education was completed at Schottengymnasium from 1983 to 1991.
