Jim Keating

Jim Keating has extensive experience in technology courseware development and training, currently serving as a Technology Courseware Developer and Trainer at WilmerHale since April 2000. In this role, Jim provides performance support and training through live webinars and in-person sessions, develops reference guide documentation, and consults on legal and administrative needs for the Intellectual Property and finance departments. Additionally, Jim conducts new hire onboarding training both locally and virtually. Prior experience includes a position as a Trainer at McDermott Will and Emery from 1999 to 2000 and as a Consultant & Trainer at CompuWorks from 1997 to 1999. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
