Todd Rumberger

Todd Rumberger is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner in the Corporate and Transactional Department at WilmerHale since September 2019, with a focus on Corporate, M&A, and Emerging Company Practice Groups. Rumberger has also been a Mentor at Seedcamp since April 2014. Previously, Rumberger held the position of Managing Director at Foley Ventures from 2013 to August 2019 and was a Partner and Vice Chairman of the Private Equity & Venture Capital Group at Foley & Lardner LLP from March 2012 to August 2019. Rumberger founded and managed the Silicon Valley office of Greenberg Traurig, where a Corporate Partner role was held from February 2004 to March 2012.
