Melissa Turley has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at MiExact since August 2003 and also as the Head of Customer Services, Production and Events Management at Wilmington Group plc. In these roles, Melissa oversees the operational processes of customer services, event management, and production, ensuring efficient order processing, client inquiries, credit control, and cost budgeting. Additional responsibilities include database management, invoicing, and revenue reporting. Prior to these positions, Melissa held several roles at Old Mutual Group Schemes from June 1995 to July 2003, including New Business Administrator. In 2017, Melissa further expanded the role at MiExact Ltd. to include responsibilities for Mortality and Wills intelligence services.
