Chasity Meadows, LCSWA, LCAS, has a robust background in mental health and addiction counseling, currently serving as a Therapist at Port City Mental Health since April 2021. Simultaneously, Chasity has been a Residential Therapist and Detox Counselor at Wilmington Treatment Center since April 2016. Previous experience includes working as a Case Manager at Mercer County Day Treatment from August 2014 to December 2015 and at Beckley Comprehensive Treatment Center in 2013. Chasity holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Concord University, earned between 2014 and 2015.
