Michael McEldridge possesses a diverse background in counseling, customer service, and staffing. Currently serving as a Detox Counselor and Substance Abuse Counselor at Wilmington Treatment Center since January 2019, Michael brings significant experience from roles at New Hanover Regional Medical Center and Time Warner Cable, where responsibilities included customer service, billing, tech support, and sales. Previous experience as a Staffing Specialist at Mega Force Staffing involved hiring and supervising over 250 staff members. Prior to that, a managerial role at Aaron's Sales and Leasing focused on supervising sales and delivery teams, with measurable achievements in sales growth and service response time reduction. Additionally, experience as a Human Resources Administrator at Goodwill of Central Arizona included recruitment and collaboration with management regarding hiring needs. Michael holds a Bachelor of Social Work in Counseling from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from City College of New York.

North Carolina's Premier Addiction Recovery Hospital Wilmington Treatment Center is a renowned and respected provider of comprehensive treatment services for adult men and women, ages 18 and above, who have been struggling with substance abuse, chemical dependency, and a variety of co-occurring mental health disorders. The program’s main location is a 139-bed residential treatment center in Wilmington, North Carolina. Wilmington Treatment Center also operates two outpatient treatment centers, one in Wilmington and one in Raleigh, NC.
