Andrew Horwitz, JD, CFP® has extensive work experience in the financial planning industry. Andrew started their career at The Vanguard Group in 1999 as a Financial Planner and later became a Senior Financial Planner. In 2003, they were promoted to Manager, Advice Services Group, where they led a team of Certified Financial Planners and managed the hiring and performance management process. In 2009, they joined Kish Bank as a Vice President, providing high net worth financial planning services to clients in Central Pennsylvania. Since 2011, Andrew has been working at Wilmington Trust, where they have held various leadership roles, including Vice President, Senior Wealth Planner Business Owner Advisory Group and Administrative Vice President, Deputy Chief Wealth Strategist. Currently, they serve as Administrative Vice President, National Director, Wealth Strategies.

Andrew Horwitz, JD, CFP®, earned a JD degree in Law from Widener University Schools of Law in the years 1990-1993. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University from 1986-1990. Andrew had also completed their high school education and received an HS Diploma from George Washington High School in 1982-1986. Additionally, they have pursued various certifications including being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (TM) from the CFP Board and a Certifed Exit Planner Advisor from the Exit Planning Institute. Andrew holds Pennsylvania Life, Health & Variable Annuities licenses from the State of Pennsylvania's Department of Insurance, and has obtained Series 6, 7, 24, 63 & 65 certifications from FINRA.
