Kelly Martin Connolly

Kelly Martin Connolly serves as the Head of Strategy & Sales Support for Affluent Markets at Wilmington Trust, overseeing strategic direction and client support initiatives since August 2025. Prior to this role, Kelly held various leadership positions at M&T Bank from 2006 to September 2025, including Director & Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations, and Co-Founder of the Center of Innovation, where significant advancements in technology and data were achieved. Kelly's career began in banking and included roles in digital banking and mobile payments, coupled with an academic background comprising an MBA in Finance from The University of Edinburgh and a Business Management degree from Babson College.
