Sheryl Kushma

Sheryl Kushma is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in sales leadership, relationship management, and client services. Currently serving as Vice President and Sales Resource Team Lead at Wilmington Trust since September 2024, Sheryl previously held the position of Vice President and Relationship Manager at Archer from March 2021 to September 2024. Prior roles include Marketing & Client Service and Portfolio Accountant at AJO from March 2005 to September 2020, and Performance Analyst at SEI for a brief period in 2004.
