Eileen Donnelly

Eileen Donnelly, Ed.D., currently serves as the AVP of Technology and Dean of the College of Online and Experiential Learning at Wilmington University since February 2006, where responsibilities include directing the Information Technology Department and leading the Online Learning and Ed Tech Staff. Previously, Eileen held the position of Vice President of Enrollment Management at Wilmington University, focusing on achieving optimal enrollment through data-driven strategies. Prior experience includes roles as SVP of Customer Service/IT at F. Schumacher & Co., and Director of Customer Service at Avon Products Inc. Eileen began her career as a Sales Representative for Procter & Gamble. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Walden University and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
