Lauren Godwin

Lauren Godwin, M.S., possesses extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as Director of Enrollment Services at Wilmington University since March 2010. In addition to this role, Lauren has held positions as Director of Admissions Services, Assistant Director of Student Recruitment, and Recruiting Coordinator at the same institution. Lauren's earlier career includes a role in admissions at Goldey-Beacom College from 2001 to March 2006. In recognition of professional achievements, Lauren has been named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Delaware for 2025 by Women We Admire. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Administration of Human Services from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Elizabethtown College.
