Anja Lauterbach

Anja Lauterbach has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as Group Director of Project Management R&D PMO and Head of Project Management for both PLE and PBU Submersible Pumps at Wilo Group since September 2013. Prior roles include Project Manager at Wilo Group and Doktorand at the Chair of Biomaterials, Universität Bayreuth, from December 2008 to September 2013. Anja's career also includes positions as a Process Engineer at LSMW GmbH and Diplomand at Universität Bayreuth's Lehrstuhl Funktionsmaterialien. Early experience includes internships at ICI and BASF. Anja Lauterbach holds a Doktor Ingenieur in Ingenieurwissenschaften from Universität Bayreuth, a Master of Business and Engineering in General Management from Steinbeis Hochschule, and a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Bioverfahrenstechnik, also from Universität Bayreuth.
