Paul Schaap has extensive experience in operations and project management across various companies. Currently serving as Manager Delivery, Manager of Operations, and Manager Proces & Quality at WilroffReitsma since January 2017, Paul previously held multiple managerial roles at Wilroff Systemhouse B.V. from June 2008 to January 2017. Paul has also served as Director Operations at Shioda Consultancy and 3-Net Study Centres, where responsibilities included overseeing training programs in language and computer skills. Earlier positions include Contract Manager at Ordina and several managerial and support roles at Wilroff Systemhouse, iBridge, Yacht, AZKO Nobel Information Services, and Rabobank dealingroom. Paul holds a Masterclass in Operations Management and Quality, a Masterclass in Change Management from the Netherlands Business Academy, and has a background in business education from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and ATC.
