Mike Wauters

Mike Wauters is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Wilshire since September 2009, Mike has previously held significant positions at Pacific Life Insurance Company, including Assistant Vice President of Finance & Planning and AVP of Financial Operations from June 2000 to May 2009. Earlier in their career, Mike worked at Ernst & Young from 1989 to 1999, where Mike advanced to the role of Senior Manager. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Accounting from California State University, Long Beach, earned between 1984 and 1988.
