Amy Arft serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Consultant at Wilshire Benefits Group since August 2024, following an extensive tenure as VP of People and Culture at EEI Global from July 2011 to October 2024. At EEI Global, Amy demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing organizational culture, achieving significant improvements in employee engagement and turnover rates, alongside the development of innovative recognition and training programs. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Leadership Development Specialist at Beaumont Hospital, where Amy designed numerous educational initiatives and consulting services for internal clients. Early career roles as HR Director and Operations Manager across various organizations were shaped by adaptability and strategic HR leadership, informed by a robust educational background including an MBA focused on Leadership and Human Resources from Madonna University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
