Jim Brundage

Jim Brundage is an accomplished senior-level executive with over 20 years of experience in the construction and development industries, focusing on commercial, multi-family, and residential projects. As the owner of Wilshire Pacific Builders since October 2016, Jim has demonstrated a commitment to excellence through strategic and tactical leadership. Previously, as Vice President of Affordable Housing Renovation, Jim managed project development and client relations. From 2004 to 2012, Jim served as CEO of Darmor Development, overseeing management tasks for a firm specializing in affordable housing in San Diego and Arizona. Earlier in Jim's career, the role of Project Manager at Joe E Woods General Contracting involved managing affordable housing projects in both California and Arizona.
