Andrew Leifheit

Andrew serves Wilson & Company’s Railroad Division Manager and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Joining Wilson & Company in 2007 as a bridge engineer, he established strong relationships in the Class I, shortline, industrial, and shipper markets utilizing his design and construction expertise. In 2010, Andrew was promoted to a Service Unit Manager, holding operational responsibility of rail staff in multiple offices performing structural/bridge design, civil engineering, construction management, and bridge/track inspection.

For several years, Andrew has been serving as a leader in the development of strategic business plan initiatives within the rail division and across Wilson & Company. He is a Wilson & Company shareholder, holds a BS in civil engineering, an MS in structural engineering, and is registered as a professional engineer and structural engineer in multiple states.

Andrew spends his free time enjoying the outdoors of Colorado with his wife and four children and adventuring through the deserts of the American southwest.
