Charles Loughman

Charles Loughman is a civil engineer with extensive experience in municipal services, particularly in drainage and stormwater systems. Since January 2012, Loughman has been employed at Wilson & Company, where responsibilities include evaluation, planning, and design services, utilizing tools such as ArcGIS, MicroStation, and Civil 3D to comply with industry regulations. Prior to this, Loughman served as a graduate research assistant at Kansas State University, focusing on the impacts of climate change on the Ogallala Aquifer. Additional experience includes an internship with the City of Olathe, where monitoring sewage flow and utilizing GPS technology were key tasks, and a role as a structural analyst at Selective Site Consultants, Inc., performing structural assessments for wireless communication towers. Loughman holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University.
