Jeff Stark, MBA, PE is a Project Engineer/Manager at Wilson Utility Construction Company. Jeff has worked on various high voltage transmission line projects such as WATL - South Lot 500 kV DC Line, Heartland 500 kV Transmission Project, and TRTP WP1 500 kV Tranmission Line project for Southern California Edison. Prior to their current role, Jeff was part of the Graduate Engineer Development Program at the Indiana Department of Transportation, where Jeff worked on a 70 million dollar interchange reconstruction project. Jeff holds a Master's in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University.
