Carson Williquette

Carson Williquette was named Director of Sales + Marketing for Wilcox & Flegel in January 2020. In this position, he is responsible to set the sales, marketing, and customer experience strategy for the organization. As Director, Carson leads the retail and commercial sales teams as well as sales operations, marketing, and customer support. He is passionate about growing customer relationships, providing memorable service to the customers, and developing the team members within the organization. Carson has been with Wilcox & Flegel for 11 years and started as a Commercial Sales Account Manager in 2010. Working from Tacoma, WA to Portland, OR, Carson was responsible to grow fuel and lubricant sales throughout the territory. In this position, Carson gained invaluable industry knowledge and built lasting relationships across the customer base. In 2015, Carson moved into a Sales Leadership role, and with assistance from the organization, he began working towards his bachelor’s degree in the evenings and on weekends. In August of 2020, Carson successfully completed the Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree program from Warner Pacific University.
