Robert Lawrence is an experienced professional with a background in sales, operations, and kitchen management. Currently serving as a Sales and Operations Specialist at Wilcox + Flegel Oil Co. since May 2021, Robert effectively manages customer relationships and operates systems for order management and forecasting. Prior experience as a Territory Manager at US Foods involved overseeing a network of over 40 restaurant customers, handling product orders worth $2.5 million annually, and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Earlier, as Head Chef at Best Western OceanView Resort from 2008 to 2016, Robert managed kitchen operations, controlled costs, and achieved record profitability.
