Rhonda Farrington is the managing director/principal at Wilson Group. Rhonda has over 20 years of experience in human resources and compensation & benefits. Prior to joining Wilson Group, they worked as a contractor for Cytyc Corporation (Hologic) and as a manager for PC Connection. Rhonda is a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who is dedicated to their work.

Rhonda Farrington has a MS in Organizational Development from Springfield College and a BS in Psychology/Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. Rhonda also has a certification from WorldatWork as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
