Crawford Boyce has over 20 years of experience in the fire and security industry. Crawford is currently the Group Growth & Development Director at Wilson James.

Before joining Wilson James, Crawford was the Sales and Business Development Director at Ansador Ltd from February 2016 to June 2016. Ansador is a leading provider of health, safety, and environmental protection services in the UK. The company works with a variety of clients, both large and small, to provide tailored solutions that meet the ever-changing needs of the market.

Crawford has a deep commitment to continual training and development of their staff. Crawford believes that promoting from within is key to Ansador's success. Crawford has created a training program that offers young graduates the opportunity to join the team, develop their skills, and become qualified engineers.
