Kara Dewey Hons

Kara Dewey is a highly experienced security professional with a strong background in operations management and team leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Team Lead at Wilson James since August 2024, Kara has previously held roles such as Operations Manager at CSP Ltd. and SSM at Lead Element Security Group. With extensive experience in security consulting and management, including positions at Carlisle Support Services and Corps Security, Kara is also a former member of the Prison Service and a qualified trainer and assessor. Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Security Consultancy and an FDA in Protective Security Management from Buckinghamshire New University.
