Marc Bannister

Marc Bannister has over 25 years of experience in the security industry. Marc started their career in the British Army in 1985 and served for 22 years. During their time in the Army, they held various positions, including Regimental Sergeant Major, the Senior Non Commissioned Officer in the Regiment. In 2007, they left the Army and joined 2nd Royal Tank Regiment as an Executive Officer Combat Subunit. Marc then became the Human Resource Management Officer and Senior Logistics Manager before leaving in 2013 to join J1 CONSULTING LTD as a Recruitment Consultant. In 2014, they joined G4S as a Strategic Security Consultant and was with the company for two years before joining Wilson James in 2016 as a Strategic Solutions Consultant. Marc was promoted to Operations Director, Northern Region in 2018 and is currently the Client Solutions Director at Wilson James.

Their manager is Mark Dobson, CEO. Marc Bannister works with Crawford Boyce - Group Growth & Development Director, Joanne Fenton - HR Operations Director, and Cadence Woodland - Head of Communications.
