Rosa Osman

Rosa Osman is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and people development, currently serving as the Director of People Development at Wilson James since October 2015. In this role, Rosa also chairs the Shadow Board and co-chairs the Gender Network, demonstrating a commitment to leadership and diversity initiatives. Prior to this position, Rosa advanced through various roles at Seetec from February 2010 to October 2015, including Head of People Development and Learning & Development Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at The Walt Disney Company, where Rosa worked as an HR Assistant and Administrator. Rosa holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a BA Hons in Business Economics, both from the University of Hertfordshire.
