Tom Giles

Tom Giles has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Tom started their career as an Operations Manager at Riverbank Removals in 2014. Tom then moved on to OCS Group UK where they worked as a Ramp Operations Manager and later as a Readiness Manager. Tom joined Wilson James in 2018 and held positions ranging from Readiness Manager to ultimately Business Intelligence Director, showcasing a progression of responsibilities and expertise in business improvement and intelligence.

Tom Giles completed their high school education at Woodbridge High School from 2003 to 2010. Tom then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of East Anglia from 2010 to 2013.
