Carl Eidson, Ph.D. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Carl started their career as an Intern - Research Analyst at Verizon, where they conducted selection research. Later, they worked at BI-LO, LLC as the Manager of Management Development Initiatives, where they designed and implemented systems for improved organizational effectiveness. At AlignMark, they served as a Senior HR Consultant, developing and implementing customized solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness. Carl then joined Wilson Learning, first as an Assessment Innovations Project Manager, where they developed customized solutions for salespeople, and later as the VP of Business Development, leading and supporting business development efforts in multiple regions. Throughout their career, Carl has demonstrated expertise in salesforce development, assessment, customization, and leadership training.
Carl Eidson, Ph.D. completed their education in a chronological order. Carl first earned their Bachelor's degree (BM) in Music Therapy from Florida State University, where they studied from 1982 to 1987. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree (MM) in Music Therapy from Florida State University from 1987 to 1988. Moving on to a different field, Carl enrolled at The University of Southern Mississippi and obtained a Master's degree (MA) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 1992 to 1994. Carl further continued their studies at The University of Southern Mississippi and completed their education with a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 1994 to 1996.
