Leslie A. Miller, PhD, PHR, SHRM-CP has diverse work experience in various roles. Leslie A. is the Owner/President of LanneM TM, LLC since 2003. Prior to that, they worked at Wilson Learning, where they were the Owner/President of LanneM TM, LLC and also served as Senior Project Manager and Director, Business Solutions Group. In this role, they worked with a team to identify client business issues, create performance improvement solutions, and implement impact evaluation processes. Leslie also worked as an Adjunct Faculty and Course Developer at the University of Oklahoma College of Professional and Continuing Studies since 2015 and as an Adjunct Faculty at Rollins College since 1993. Additionally, they briefly served as the VP Leadership Development/HR at YMCA of Central Florida in 2005.

Leslie A. Miller, PhD, PHR, SHRM-CP has an extensive education history. Leslie A. holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Maryland. Prior to this, they completed their Master of Science in Cognitive/Experimental Psychology from Washington State University Global Campus between 1995 and 1998. Additionally, Leslie obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Washington State University Global Campus.

Apart from their academic qualifications, Leslie has also earned certifications in the field of Human Resources. Leslie A. obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCi in August 2007. Furthermore, they acquired the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2015.
