Craig Spence

Craig Spence, CPA, CMA, currently serves as an Account Executive at Wilson M. Beck Insurance Services since March 2024. Previously, Craig held the position of Managing Director - Surety at Travelers Canada from June 2016 to March 2024, overseeing a team of underwriters and managing a multi-million dollar construction account portfolio. Craig's extensive experience includes roles as Manager - Surety at McMaster University, Instructor for the Associateship of Canadian Surety Bonding, and Surety Specialist – Team Coordinator at Intact Financial Corporation, where responsibilities included managing risk assessments and underwriting guidelines for construction contracts. Craig has also served as Treasurer for the U40 Executive Committee at the Vancouver Regional Construction Association. Earlier in the career, Craig worked as an Investment Advisor at Wellington West and as a Mortgage Underwriter at RBC. Craig holds a CPA, CMA designation from CPA Canada and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Trinity Western University.
