Whitney Welsch is an accomplished Project Manager at Wilson Meany since December 2012, with prior experience as Director of Marketing at JMA Ventures, where responsibilities included strategic marketing initiatives for a residential portfolio. At Pacific Marketing Associates, from August 2007 to April 2012, Welsch managed marketing strategies for urban infill condominium projects with significant sellout success and led the implementation of a CRM system that enhanced buyer conversion rates. Additional roles include Marketing Coordinator at The Mark Company and Research Analyst at Lindsey LLC & Municipal Market Advisors, where Welsch utilized a scientific background to identify investment opportunities. Welsch holds an MBA in Real Estate Development from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Neuroscience from Colgate University.
