Nadine McElwaine

Nadine McElwaine is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the healthcare sector, currently employed at Wilson Medic One since October 2014. Initially recruited to support the launch of ambulance and non-emergency patient transport services, Nadine has successfully managed a multi-disciplinary team across four states. Previously, in the role of State Manager, Nadine spearheaded a greenfields market entry venture in Queensland, establishing a new patient transport business and fostering significant growth. Prior experience includes roles as an Ambulance Transport Attendant at Private Ambulance Service, Paramedic at St John Ambulance NT, and Operator Administrator in the Australian Army. Nadine holds a degree from Edith Cowan University.
