Jessie Nunery

Jessie Nunery, MPA has extensive experience in marketing, communications, and public relations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Wilson Medical Center. Previously, they worked at The City of Rocky Mount, where they held several roles including Interim Director of Communications, Marketing and Public Relations and Media Relations Specialist. Prior to that, they worked as a Sports Editor at Rocky Mount Telegram.

Jessie Nunery, MPA, obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from East Carolina University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, Jessie received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Studies and English from the University of North Carolina Wilmington between 1998 and 2003. Additionally, Jessie obtained a certification as a SHSMD Virtual Education Participant from the Society for Health Care Strategy & Market Development in 2023.
