John Wilson

John Wilson is a seasoned executive in the home service industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Wilson Plumbing & Heating, a prominent regional provider in Northeast Ohio since July 2020. Wilson also contributes as a Board Member at Service Scalers, a digital marketing agency focused on home service entrepreneurs, since March 2024. Additionally, as the host of the podcast and newsletter "Owned & Operated," which has grown to over 40,000 subscribers and 20,000 monthly listens, Wilson assists thousands in enhancing their home service businesses. Prior to these roles, Wilson held various positions at Wilson Plumbing & Heating, including President, Service Manager, and Service Plumber from 2009 to 2020.
