Margo Pemmaraju

Margo Pemmaraju is an experienced professional with a diverse background in construction, real estate, and product development. Currently, Margo serves as the Owner and licensed General Contractor at Lemon Bowl Renovations LLC, overseeing new builds and renovations since January 2020. Additionally, Margo has been a dedicated Real Estate Agent at Wilson Realty NC since May 2018, specializing in home sales in the Lake Norman area. Margo's earlier career includes multiple roles as a Product Development Manager at various companies, including Tri-Coastal Design, Lotta Luv, CSI, and Enchante Accessories, from 1999 to 2006, as well as a Visual Merchandising Manager at Lord & Taylor from 1994 to 1999. Margo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from Hartwick College.
