Rachel Shappell

Rachel Shappell is an experienced educator with a focus on special education and learning support. Since 2017, Rachel has been serving as a Special Education Teacher at Wilson School District. Additionally, Rachel has worked as a Learning Support Teacher at Fleetwood Area School District since June 2014. Prior experience includes a role as a Special Education Teacher with Harford County Public Schools from 2012 to June 2014, where responsibilities included crisis response, teaching fundamental subjects across multiple grade levels, and managing a 5th grade special education caseload. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Science in Education with dual certification in Special Education and Elementary Education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
