Cristina Suarez has over two decades of experience in retirement and employee benefits administration, currently serving as Manager of Retirement & Executive Benefits at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati since March 2000. In this role, Cristina oversees retirement plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Affordable Care Act. Previous positions at Wilson Sonsini include Employee Relations Representative, focusing on employee relations and immigration, as well as Accountant for WS Investments. Cristina’s earlier experience includes serving as Office/Finance Manager at MEGAbase from 1994 to 1999.
