Dana Hall

Dana Hall is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and restructuring. Currently, Dana serves as a Partner in the Corporate Finance Group at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, a position held since June 2014, following an earlier role as an Associate at the same firm. Prior to this, Dana worked as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from January 2010 to June 2014, focusing on business, finance, and restructuring. Dana earned a Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School between 2006 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University from 2002 to 2006.
