Jindrich Kloub

Jindrich Kloub currently serves as an Antitrust and Competition Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati since November 2022. In addition to this role, Jindrich has been a Visiting Professor of Competition Law at Université Catholique de Lille since January 2010, specializing in EU Competition Law. Previously, Jindrich held the position of Executive Director (Operations) at the Competition Commission from October 2017 to October 2022, overseeing the organization's investigative and enforcement functions in Hong Kong. Jindrich's legal career also includes roles as a lawyer at the European Commission's DG Competition from September 2009 to September 2017 and from June 2006 to August 2008, as well as an internship at the Federal Trade Commission in 2009. Initial experience includes an associate position at Roedl & Partner from 2005 to 2006. Jindrich holds an LL.M. in Law from Columbia Law School and a degree from Charles University completed in 2003.
