Michael Coke

Michael Coke is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, specializing in corporate and securities matters for technology companies since June 2006. The practice encompasses various corporate transactions, including initial public offerings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture-backed private financings. Prior to this role, Michael served as an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from October 1997 to June 2006 and completed a secondment in the Legal Department of JPMorgan Chase Bank in 2001-2002. Earlier career experience includes working as a field economist at the Bureau of Labor Statistics from June 1992 to July 1994.
