Omar Mattox, MBA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Omar started their career as a Legal Assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, where they assisted in the preparation and proofreading of transactional documents. Omar then moved on to McDonald's Corporation, where they served as a Restaurant Manager, overseeing the daily operations of a multi-million dollar restaurant.

Following their time at McDonald's, Omar joined Toll Brothers as an Assistant Project Manager, gaining experience in construction, land acquisition, finance, and marketing. Omar completed Toll Brothers' intensive Assistant Project Management Training Program and successfully negotiated contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

Omar transitioned into the legal field again by joining Morrison & Foerster LLP as a Practice Information Specialist. Omar tracked and reported key metrics for the firm's business development and marketing efforts. Omar later became a Manager of Business Development, overseeing the firm's award-winning M&A and Private Equity practices.

At Proskauer Rose LLP, Omar continued their role as a Manager of Business Development, responsible for planning and implementing marketing and business development strategies for various practice groups.

Most recently, Omar has been working at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a Senior Business Development Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Corporate Business Development.
